AMY STACK

LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKER/OWNER

I have had a lifelong connection to the Cooperstown area. While growing up on Long Island, I was lucky enough to spend every summer of my childhood in Cooperstown. After attending college in Hamilton, New York, and a decade of living and working in New York City, I made the decision in 2002 to return to the area to live full-time and raise my daughter. I currently live in the Village of Cooperstown.

Since 2006, I have worked as a successful real estate salesperson and broker concentrating in Cooperstown and the surrounding areas. In 2016, I made the great decision to team up with Denise Page-LaCava, a local real estate salesperson who I always admired and respected. From day one, we have worked extremely well together and I believe that the two of us help make each other better brokers and business people.

I pride myself on being very detailed oriented, attentive, and easy to work with, and I especially enjoy working one on one with my clients. I have worked with many people just moving to the area for the first time and I feel that I am able to provide valuable guidance in their quest to understand and explore the area.

DENISE PAGE-LACAVA

LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKER/OWNER

I was born and raised on Long Island’s North Shore and I relocated to upstate New York in 1997. I was attracted to the natural beauty and quiet of the area and I have never had a single regret about the move. My daughter was 11 years old when we moved to a small working farm here. I soon discovered that this part of New York is a wonderful place to raise children.

After 7 years of making a home in Chenango County, I obtained my real estate license in 2004. The work appealed to me on many levels, not the least of which was that I had once been a transplant to the area myself. I am able to relate to many of the questions my clients have, having once walked in their shoes. It is gratifying to be able to share my knowledge and experience with them.

I am, by nature, a detail oriented person, I pride myself on honesty and integrity. These qualities and the experience I have gained has enabled me to enjoy a measure of success as a real estate agent. Along the way this work has blessed me with many new and cherished friendships. I look forward to representing you in all phases of real estate: residential, commercial, and land.

MIKE BURNS

LICENSED REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON

I was born and raised in Northern New Jersey and began visiting Cooperstown in 1993 as my wife is originally from the area. In 2018, after retiring from a 25 year career in law enforcement, we moved here full time and have never looked back. We now operate a small farm just outside the Village of Cooperstown as we continue to raise our two sons.

Immediately upon my retirement from law enforcement, I began my career in real estate. I am an avid outdoorsman, and truly enjoy showing clients all that this area has to offer. I have also worked in the construction industry, and built both my home in New Jersey and our current residence. I believe the knowledge I have gained from all of my experiences are very beneficial in guiding clients through all aspects of real estate.

NATASHA SELOVER

LICENSED REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON

As a Cooperstown native I have extensive knowledge and love for the area. For the past 12 years I have worked with Cooperstown Stay Inc., connecting traveling baseball families with short-term summer lodging. The knowledge gained from this experience, coupled with my degree in business and a background in graphic design, has provided me with valuable skills that I have used daily over the past five years as a real estate agent.

After living in the village of Cooperstown for many years, I now reside just outside in Middlefield with my husband and son. I enjoy spending time on Otsego Lake, surfing, snowboarding, paddle boarding, and traveling. No matter where in the world I travel, Cooperstown will always be home. I am dedicated and hard working, and I look forward to helping clients achieve their real estate dreams.
